Moored on the Sor, a little stream coming down from the Montagne Noire, the Moulin du Chapitre, linked centuries to the history of the village of Soreze and its prestigious Abbey –School for nearly four centuries, still preserves its flour millstones and its splendid cedar of Lebanon.
We have taken time to restore this place and our wish is to share it and so, for more than ten years, we have been particularly happy to open our house and our « gîte »to guests who seek friendliness, creativity and humour.
We are both natives of the « païs » and involved in local cultural life, we will be able to give you our best tips and good adresses and to share our knowledge about the area: our desire is to make your stay as pleasant as possible in our house.
